Ewes are in 2 weeks on 75dmd 30dm 17pr silage bales
Singles on 0.5kg 20% nut (most will rear 2lambs)
    Doubles 0.8kg
    Triplets 1kg

Am I over feeding? Ewes in good order going in coming off fresh ground
Few early lambs normal size so far if not on the smaller side

Actual lambing date of March 5th so will kick off proper this weekend

    wks prior to lambing 6 5 4 3 2 1

    Kgs of meal0.2Kg0.4Kg0.5Kg0.7Kg0.9Kg1.0Kg

This is the rule of thumb I use. I always feed good quality hay add lib and barley straw bed.

If at the end of lambing they are singles scanned or ewe lambs, I cut out feeding till they lamb.

Nut is top notch from a reputable company at 18% protein.

    It has worked for me.

I’d cut the singles by half. Try keep the lambs coming handy.

Ye was thinking that alright, want to foster a triplet onto nearly every single as well but prob won’t see them all lambing

    Don’t want huge singles either😅
