Cancellation

    Hi I have been on hold for nearly two hours today trying to cancel my services with you. I was speaking to customer care and they passed me to the loyalty team I am unable to cancel the services and I have just recieved an email saying thank you for upgrading which I did not. Please help

    are you moving out or something?

    if not, give the new ISP your UAN and let them switch it
