Draft Part L NZEB compliant Double Glazed windows

Does anyone know of double glazed windows that are compliant with the draft Part L NZEB building regulations? I *think* the max u value is 1.4 for the whole window, including glazing, frame and spacer bars. Please correct me if I'm wrong on that figure.
