New radio, music through bluetooth but no call audio

I just picked up a Pioneer radio headunit for the car. I can play music through the bluetooth and the mic also seems to be working. But I cannot hear any audio during phone calls.

Would anyone have any advice on fixing this?

    Cheers

By any chance is call audio turned off on your Bluetooth settings in your phone for that device.

If Android, navigate on your phone to the bluetooth menu.... see if there is a settings icon next to that device name and your phone and make sure phone audio is on

    Thanks Limericklad87

Not connected to the headunit at present, and "use for phone audio" is turned on. But I'll check again when I'm actually back inside car.
