I know what might suit one person would be useless for another. So I'm wondering if anyone swears by any particular training aid they've used over the years and how it improved their game.

Eyeline putting mat I use the most, Alignment rods when at the range. Also found the swingyde useful but hard to use and the masters swing trainer is good for your grip and to warm up.

Thanks, putting mat and alignment rods make real sense to me.

Reflective glass on the backdoor or a big mirror

Perfectly suitable for all golf training that can be achieved in the home.
