Over the past few days some of our customers have reported receiving emails purporting to come from us, which invite them to click on a link and 'log in' to their accounts.

We didn't send these emails.

It's a type of scam known as phishing, in which an attacker attempts to impersonate a service provider, in order to steal users' login credentials and other personal information.

If you receive one of these messages, you should note that the link provided may appear to be Blacknight, but it actually sends you to a completely different site, which has been disguised to look like one of ours.

If you are unsure, just type blacknight.com into your browser search or navigation bar, and follow the links to make contact with our support team.
