Video Editor For Windows

Hi all,

I am looking for a free video editing program for Windows, primarily for three functions:

1. Cut out segments and export the shortened file
2. Work with MP4 files.
3. Speed up the video and audio to 1.5 speed.

I tried Blender but it don't like MP4 files. I've used LightWorks before but it's like using a sledgehammer to crack a walnut. AviMedux, I've always found to be unstable.

Anything else that you could suggest?
