Hi,
I haven't been in the City center in a while and I'm heading in tomorrow. I want to park in Fleet Street, travelling down Dame street and following the road left around at central bank and accessing Fleet Street via Westmoreland street.

Tomorrow being a Saturday, yes. The restrictions on College Green are Monday-Friday only.
