Direct debit permanent tsb

    We have our eir Bill's set up to be paid by direct debit. Our 1st bill with them came in and it's been paid ( on the 14th) but not by us. The money for the bill is still in our account. Eir say they have the correct iban number ( they confirmed last 4 digits) but TSB say no request has come in for payment. What do we do?
