Just thought it might be an idea to start a thread on this.

Rory McIlroy isn't coming it seems. A shame.

If anyone has any logistical news please post. There seems to be no information published so far on traffic management although I'm hearing the crowds will be bused in and out from Miltown, Liscannor, and the far side of Ennistymon.

Big crowds expected - c. 25,000 per day!

I bought the season ticket a few months ago for €85. It's up to €110 now. Saturday and Sunday are €35 each day.

Road works in Ennistymon at the moment and they are a nightmare i can only imagine what its going to be like when its on. Traffic back as far as ennis id say

Lots of pretty big marquees have been put up. The village is looking very well.

I still can't see how the place might cope with 25000 people a day but I assume the organizers know what they are doing.

I don't believe all the pro's have to play in the pro-am. Most of them do though as it's a handy practice round.
