Is magnet aligned correctly, is sensor heads arrow pointing up, any loose cable in the device?
Any other devices on this zone?

Can you check the sensor head to see if it has moved?

Other than that the reed switch or head may be gone faulty.

If you place a magnet to the other side of the device in line with the notch does it show closed?

That may rule out an issue with the reed as for the 2 to be gone would be strange.
Do you know if there is a sensor head in the device?
You could link this out to rule out that been this issue.

Hi.this is the pic's of the sensor

    That is a Risco sensor.

Im taking it you have a quick bridge connected to the alarm.
Down side to using a quick bridge instead of manufacturers devices is less information and control of devices.

Have you tried changing the battery in case this is dead?
