    Can you please look at the conversation below and realise how incredibly frustrating it is to get a simple answer from you. 

    Even trying to ring you on 1901 I am asked for my number and when I input it, it isn't accepted because it isn't a mobile number. 

    Can anyone tell me how to get my UAN number?

    We are unable to provide you with your UAN via our Social Media channels. The only department who can provide this is our Loyalty team who you can contact on 1901 selecting option 1 for Customer Care, option 4, then option 2 for Loyalty. 


    If your number is not recognised, I would advise you contacting Sales on 1800 503 303 as they do not require a number and they can transfer you to Loyalty from there.


    You can also find your UAN number on the top right-hand corner of your bill.
