Allianz Missed Event Insurance

Has anyone purchased missed event insurance when using Ticketmaster? Allianz charged me twice. I told them, that they had charge me twice and that I wanted a refund. I cancelled the insurance as a result - but they only refunded 1 of the charges. Has anyone had any experience with this?
