Only avoid juratek, blue print, ritex. These are dirt cheap and quality are like it are.
A.B.S, brembo, delphi, mapco, trw and others are good quality and does not cost very high price.

I can organize all of these to Ireland, if your local car part store does not sell these or ask too much money. Only pm.

Depends what you want to spend.
I put ATE ceramic pads and ATE discs all around on my A6 and they were savage.
The pads were not cheap but worth the money.
120 euro for the front pads if I remember correctly.
They last a lot longer than regular pads and would outlast the disc apparantley.
Whisper quiet and smooth, surprising how quiet they were.

OP, what makes you think the discs needs doing too? Are they not within spec anymore?

    How long they last?*
Not expert on break pads/disks and i am ready for criticism here, but ... if pads
    outlast the disk
these are "some super pads" or there something severely wrong with disks, especially if pads "quietly" eat your disk that(*) fast :D

I've been using Blueprint for the last 6 months and no issues at all.

Price Up ATE ceramic pads and a set of discs.

What year and spec is the A5?

Bremo's are good, but so are Mintex and Bosch, etc...

Audi A5 B8 8T or 8F (lucas or teves brake system) brembo prices

    Front pads (4pcs)65eur
    Front disc (2pcs) 150eur
    Rear pads (4pcs) 50eur
    Rear disc (2pcs) 110eur

If you got all EAN codes by the price offer, it could simplify the search. 2 different brake systems, 2 different models and load of variations to search just by year and model.

i was quoted 470 for front discs and pads fitted by a main dealer for an b8 a4.
They told me 250 for the parts. When they arrived they were 180.

Needless to say i fitted them myself
