How to reseal this shower?

How do I go about restoring this shower? It's probably close to 15 years old, and there's a discoloured something that seems to once have been a seal that has worn away in places. The first pic is along the bottom of the glass door, and the second is the vertical line against the tiles. https://imgur.com/a/XVRDFto

Clean it all off and apply bathroom grade silicone sealant.

Simple diy job, lots of online videos to steer you right.
