Bank Account on TB but not Showing Up

    I have posted an opening TB which has a balance on 2 Bank accounts - 1200 and 1202

    The 1202 account does NOT show up but when i check the COA , there is no issues.

    How can i get the 1202 account to show up?

    I take it that the system is Sage. We use the online version, and to adjust the visibility you need to go to Accountant / Chart of Accounts, do a search for the Nominal you are trying to change, it shows on a list of one, click on it and go in to change the visibility there.

    I have solved the problem since.

    One has to set up the bank accounts in the bank module First BEFORE you post the Opening TB.

    You cannot use the number like 1202 AFTER you have posted an Op. Bal. to it.
