There were some adverts on Donedeal selling tractors out foreign in the past couple if years which a scam for getting money up front. It worked on the buyer having to stump up extra for non existing delivery or some such ****e ...
Not saying this is one of them. But I suggest doing a lot of checking and no cashing of extra amounts to be refunded or clicking on 'PayPal' links provided by the 'seller' etc ...
