I'm in utter shock at this, the video below was uploaded 7 hours ago and its shows paedophiles and their "wormhole" algorithm navigating through YouTube of little children, they comment on the videos with timestamps of the explicit parts and also leave WhatsApp numbers to further their disgusting connections.

The videos themselves are monnitised by McDonalds and other big brands

There's something seriously ****ed up lately, if we were in a matrix or a computer simulation it would be as if a lot of viruses are damaging file's.

The amount of people I notice that are lying manipulative, and not making any sense is almost pandemic at this stage.

This story is really ****ed up.

The biggest issue these are just videos recorded by kids who then post them online , which then inturn attract weirdos to the comments section ,
I doubt they come under softcore porn of any variety try banning kids or kids videos on any social media ,
It won't work neither will apparent grown men ranting on the same social media

Nah mate sorry,cant have a defeatist attitude like that, if you were on a beach and some creep was starring are your daughter with his friends would you sit by? Would you leave? Why? You and your family have every right to use the beach and YouTube without attracting paedophiles who then take it further off line.

Bringing awareness too it will have a positive impact,YouTube need to be proactive

To call it softcore CP is just sensationalist. It's seedy behavior but the videos themselves are entirely innocent, just being exploited by perverts.

But yes, YouTube (and other media platforms) could probably be a bit more proactive in tackling the issue.

300+ hours of footage of uploaded to YouTube every minute. It's literally impossible for a person or even people to monitor it all. By the time you watch a 3 minute video there's another 1500 hours of content to cover.

But yeah, the algorithm needs to be fixed and advertiser's need to kick up waaaay more fuss than they did in 2017.

The #youtubewakeup is trending as more and more people tweet to the companies whos adverts are on these videos. The US is waking up so this will start to spread quicker.

The videos are innocent, the people watching them aren't,especially ones leaving WhatsApp numbers to trade videos

Funny you mention that, I put a video up before and had the radio in the background playing,didn't even notice it and got a an email saying they were monittising my video due to the copyright of the artist on the song.....from the radio. Madness, they can track artists songs but can't catch videos like this

The world has always been like this, it's just with the advent and rapid progression of technology the darker side of humanity is brought that bit closer through devices if you so wish to view such material.

Even social media, like the toxic wasteland that is Twitter or even this site by times can be a hotbed for a certain lack of empathy.
