Need assistance with Company Internet account

Hi,

I keep getting transferred between Wholesale and Retail (as it seems) when I enquire about a company's Internet Business Plan and upgrade possibilities.  I have the company's Account and Circuit ID numbers, but it's not getting me far.

Is anyone here able to assist me in progressing further?
