FAAC Electrical Gates Inductive Loop not working

When I look at the board I don't see any obvious errors. I pressed reset but this didnt sort the issue and that's where my knowledge expired. I've googled the issue but haven't come across anything so far. How can i determine if issue is with the external wiring or something in the panel?
