    Has anyone got experience of applying to BDO, loads of threads here but none recent. I’ve done the video interview and interested to know what happens next?
    Does the video interview hold much weight or is it just initial screening?

    It's relatively new, I went through the process two years ago and it wasnt by video call.

    Is this a grad or experienced hire role?
