Does anyone have a good recipe for turkish delight that is NOT rose flavoured? Ideally pistachio, but lemon would be good too.

It's something I'd really to try, but most of the recipes online are rose flavoured, which I'm not a fan of at all. I'm not sure how to tweak the recipes for a different flavour without ruining them though.
