Does anyone know a good spot in and around Waterford for a decent Sunday lunch, preferably with a bar menu running in conjunction so its not just beef/turkey etc on offer? Thanks!

    The cove bar has both
The mansion House provides a good feed but no separate menu

How long was the Greenway Manor (formerly Manor) closed down for? Great to see them back open.

Granville is by far the best tasting, portion and value.

13 euro for roast beef with all the trimmings and they pile the plate high. Queue out the door everyday 12.30 until 2.30

Always struck by attraction to carvery, you can end up with food that's sat around for an hour or more depending on timing/busyness that you would not normally accept

Go early and it won't, go at two and it's a throw of the dice.

I read in today's Irish Independent The Granville has been highly commended for it's breakfast by Georgina Campbell in it's 4* hotel Best Breakfast Category awards. The Cliff House in Ardmore was highly commended in the 5* category. Only 2 Waterford establishments commended.

Depending on the place yeah true but youd always see busy places restocking every half hour or so
