help with google chrome please

    tried chrome today but not working and instead get a grey sad face box on left of the screen,


    tried to reinstall but not working but when i try to uninstall chrome i get this message even though all Windows are closed



    please close all google chrome windows and try again

    try ending all Chrome processes in Task manager first

    It's still running in the tray down beside the time. Expand all icons down there and you'll see it. Then right click and close it.
