I went with the 2nd version of the ECW TV Title. This belt looked prestigious and was used in angles with champions such as Taz, Bam Bam Bigelow and Rob Van Dam. RVD arguably had the title on level pegging with the World Title at one stage during his run.
I think the physical belt looks a lot like the Winged Eagle in 90's WWF.
