They are called split pins, readily available in hardware stores. I'd say google is your friend to find the correct size.

Split pin it’s called. Together with the cage behind it, it’s a securing device to prevent the drive shaft nut from coming loose or coming off. You’d be able to get the split pin in a car parts shop or hardware store or similar. The cage could be got in a car parts store or would be better try your local mechanic / garage or a breakers yard for one they’re pretty common.
But before putting the cage and split pin back in you’d want to check if the nut on the side that’s missing was ever taken off for any reason and if it was that it was tightened back up to the correct torque again.
    Hope it helps.

Thanks for that 😠can I just ask one more thing what nut are you talking about that was taking off ?

Yes they come in a huge amount of different sizes. Typical diameter of them in this situation is about 5mm. Length should be around 60mm. If unsure of length, measure diameter of the tip of the shaft it passes through and add about 15 or 20mm to it so you have enough of the ends sticking out that you can bend them.
It’s likely the metal cage sitting over the nut is also missing if the split pin is missing. On the picture attached, the nut is p/n 40262, the cage is 40265 and the split pin is 40262A.

The nut 40262 is the one behind the metal cage, this keeps the driveshaft in place as well as the wheel bearing assembly. If a wheel bearing had to be replaced or a cv joint rubber boot, it would have been necessary to remove this split pin, the cage and the nut in order to remove the driveshaft to access the part needing to be repaired. It’s possible a garage / mechanic refitted the nut but never put back the cage or the split pin, at some point in the cars life. They don’t really just fall off or go missing themselves.
As long as this large nut is tight and has the correct torque applied, the cage and split pin can be fitted over it. What I had suggested was it may have been removed at some point in the cars life the nut on the drive shaft and the additional parts never replaced. If it looks like it was, may be worth getting it checked out as a safety precaution b fore fitting the cage and split pin, just general advice.

    Hope it helps.

iirc you normally get a replacement nut, lock washer and split pin with the wheel bearing kit. Edit > some kits have different methods of locking the bolt so sometimes you might have a lock nut and not a lock washer or some other way of securing the nut. If you don't have the split pin they the lock washer would probably just fall off.
