Back seeing a guy and a question for you..

    I'll keep this short and sweet.
    I was seeing a guy last year for a few weeks, it just didn’t work out but we stayed in contact a bit. We hadn't seen each other in a while, but last month we seen each other again over a business related issue. There was definitely something there when we met each other again after about 2 months but I was happy to see him again and didn’t expect anything to happen. We started to text a bit and a week later I ran into him in our local supermarket (we live very close to one another) I went back this for a coffee and we chatted and laughed I only stayed an hour and left. I had a little op in hospital a week later and we came to see me and took care of me. We always got on and laughed, anyway one thing led to another and we ended up having a kiss. We didn’t really talk about anything but have been in touch and have since him a few times since.
    Anyway yesterday he was being very romantic and lovely because of the day that was in it. He got me a little gift and told me he loved me like jelly tots as they say ??? I didn’t really say anything just laughed..what do you guys think ?? Should I talk to him see where its headed again or just enjoy it and see where it goes..it didn’t work out the first time but do you think there are good signs there that it would develop in something again..

    OP you're probably just overthinking it and should see how things progress naturally.

    However, one question you need to ask yourself is why it didn't work out the first time? And is the reason still valid?

    If a guy told me he loved me like jelly tots he'd be getting a can of blank from me unless he was 12 and we were in a playground. Seriously OP, how old are you guys?!

    It was suppose to be silly..i guess..no were not 12 and its nice not take life too seriously

    Ah it's cringey alright but jaysus a person would need to be a fierce odd ball to blank him over such a comment

    Ah Jurgen... can of blank is (to me) a funny tongue in cheek phrase. P. S. Liverpool rule!

    Very good advice. Yea i'm just taking it slowly and see what happens
