    Hi All

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I think rules have chance in recent times. I have a parcel of land approx. 5 acres and would like to put up a steel cladded agricultural style shed approx 14.5m length x 4.8m high x 6m wide

    Thanks in advance

You'll either need planning or a letter of exemption. Can build up to 200m2 depending on the use of the building and if the area you are in is SAC or designated but you will still need a letter of exemption.
