    He can ask what he likes but he hasn't a hope of getting anywhere next or near that price. There is a miniscule market for smartcars and the fact its 15 years old wont help either.

    To be fair to him / her I would imagine that it is in Vintage cars by design. Aiming for a different market . Taking all the pics in the stately home etc

    If they can get some gobshoite to pay anything close to 4k for a 15 year old yoke with only 4 months NCT, I'd say fair play to them.
