I made butter cream(500icing sugar and 100unsalted butter few drops of milk). I was given the recipe. I don't like it.
Anyone got any suggestions as to what I can with it. Is there anyway I can incorporate in a cake or baking mix not to just throw it outside. I don't want to just pipe it on a cake. Thanks.

Add a pinch of salt anyway for a start, and some vanilla extract (or lemon juice)

    Then it should taste right.

I knew something was missing. I used real butter not marg or spread and it still did not taste right.
