Looking for specific broadband provider

I recall stumbling across the website of an Irish broadband provider a couple months ago that was selling DSL where you could pay a different setup cost to have no contract, but I can't remember the name of the company. Is anyone familiar with who I'm talking about?

Digiweb used to do it, €150 install but no contract. Appears gone now.

Virgin do a similar contractless bundle too aimed at students. Limited footprint.

I remember it was a relatively small Irish broadband provider. Definitely not one of the big ones. May have been regional.
