Boiler for central heating not working

Looking for someone about this as I'm fairly clueless when it comes to plumbing. The central heating in the house stopped working yesterday, I went and checked the boiler and the water pressure is below 0.5.

I tried opening the valves but the water pressure stayed the same.

Does anybody know what the problem could be ?

The boiler is old enough maybe 15 years.
