Rubber matting - S/hand 4 Weed control?

    Hi, Wondering if any one knows where I could get my hands on preferably second hand rubber matting to use as weed control around fruit bushes etc?
    There's bound to be tons of it dumped from running tracks, astro turf pitches etc. The cost of purchasing the agricultural grade matting is prohibitive.
    All in the effort to use less herbicide.

    If you type "weed control" in Adverts, you'll get lots of ads. You can search for "rubber matting", too, or "rubber mats", but the only ones I found were rubber "tyles", for lack of a better description.
