Eir CRN number

    Hi. After spending hours and hours on hold I managed to get my 2 UAN numbers and my CRN number. However when I called sky to switch, they tell me the CRN is incorrect. My CRN is one digit different than my landline and there is no 0 at the beginning. Can someone contact me please to help my switch over as I can’t sit for anymore hours listening to the same song over and over

    I completely understand your frustration on this matter, I do apologise. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange or schedule callbacks via our online channels. To get the CRN number you would need to contact our customer care team directly on (1901).

    The CRN is the Fixed-Line Telephone Number (or for Standalone Broadband / VoBB accounts it's the Reference Number that begins with 888). You can locate this number on the top right-hand corner of your bill.
