Issues with Upload speed?

I am with Sky and my normal connection is about 30Mps down and 7Mps up. For the past few months, my Upload speed has been dropping like a stone during certain times of the day. Sometimes it drops off completely to 0Mps, but my Download has no issues at all. Is there a reason for this? Would it likely be the Network, the…
