They piggyback off three I know that but is their service as bad as people say? They're doing a great deal on the p20 pro at the moment so I'm very tempted

I find them ok on 3g........... haven't moved to 4g.
Some time the internet isn't great admittedly but I've not considered leaving them. Was with 3 for a decade + before going to Tesco a few years ago.

terrible coverage, I have 2 phones one with Tesco one with Vodafone there is no comparison between the two. I do live in a semi rural area so might be better in the cities

I find them fine. Have them on a sim only tarriff for the past 15 months. For €25 a month I have unlimited calls & texts plus 300 mins international calls. And full 4g. Whats not to like?

I've been with them for over 6 years and find them fine.

The recently went to 4G which is great. I also found that their coverage improved with the 4G rollout.

There were network outages a few years back but since then they have been fine.

Their customer service is decent too if you contact them via the Tesco mobile app.

Vodafone has better coverage but Three/Tesco/Virgin are cheaper.

I switched to the p20 pro deal last week.
    Nice phone.

I was with eir for years, not bad but not great.
Switched to Vodafone last month. Awful coverage. No idea why people say they are good.
Tesco been good so far but early days. 60mb 4g

I find them fine - better since moving to 4G.

I'm with them years, they're fine. The one big issue that keeps appearing in the Talk To forum seems to be the same one over and over and the fix is a simple settings change in the SIM settings. It's easy to forget to do again if you move phones, although why it's not defaulted I don't know.

Well as far as I can see it is. Im paying 60 a month with Vodafone at the moment. IF I want to upgrade, ive to spend 250 on the phone as well as 60 a month, for 15gb of data (which I never use) and rarely make calls.

The tesco deal is a free phone with 40 a month 20gb data.

I was looking at out right payment and the best I can come up with is 520 and even with 20 a month tarrif still comes in more expensive than the tesco deal in the long run

Vodafone have the widest coverage in the country but no network has 100% coverage.

In theory you should get the same but 4G also depends on the phone. If you phone has all the necessary bands then it should be the same. You can check here > https://willmyphonework.net/
