    Hey all.

I was hoping someone could give me a ball park estimate to extend and convert a roughly 9 square metre detached block shed to an 18 square metre with the inside insulated. I’d like to use it as a little home cinema room. The job would require the current front to be knocked down and then extended, it has a tiled A shape roof. Cavan area. Many thanks.

Picture attached if that makes it clearer, and I also forgot to mention it needs to have an electrical line ran to it also. Thanks.

    What kind of finish ?
Plastered and concrete or painted and wooden floor /tiled

    Windows?

May even be easier to knock it and start again

I was hoping for plastered inside and a floor suitable for carpet. It has one window on the side already but I want to knock it out and put in a triple glazed one.
