Simplest way (or App) to measure iPhone screen time?

I’d like to be able to measure my time spent on my phone.

Nothing fancy; I’d simply like an app, or whatever, that would have a pop-up reminder at, say, 20:00 each day telling me how much screen time I’ve had in the previous 24 hours.

    Any suggestions? Preferably, free!

Does the iPhone have anything built in? I have a 6s Plus.

    Thanks.

    D.

If your os is up to date it’s built in.
Go into settings and look for screen time.

    Thanks for that.

I think that it's only for reference. So, I think that I have to go into Settings each time I want to know how much time I've spent on the phone.

There doesn't seem to be a reminder setup option in it.

It would be great if it could be on the Home screen.

    Thanks again.

    You get weekly notifications.
I’m sure you can adjust the settings to get more than that.

You can add as a widget to your Today page so you can see it anytime by swiping right from the home page.

It's already ready there. I just hadn't scrolled down the Today page far enough.

    Thanks!
