New Boiler and Rads - Recommend

I need to replace the radiators in the house, one has sprung pinhole leak, the main living room is 70% sludge and others are rusting. Looking to get a new gas boiler as well. Currently an Ideal Classic NF50. Any recommendations out their for a new boiler or other advice?
