Attic Conversion three bed semi

Hi guys,

Looking to get a rough idea price wise for a three bed semi attic conversion with an ensuite.

Don’t need it to be counted as a room when selling.Looking for the cheapest possible job. I know you get what you pay for etc but this is a needs must kinda thing.

Was hoping it could be done for less than 15k.

Don't think it can be done for less than 15k nowadays. Probably closer to 20 depending on house construction ad spec.

Bedroom or not, there are still basic Building Regulations to be adhered to, such as structure and fore safety.
