I have an eircom.net address for my business and a diginet.ie for my personnal email addresses

for a while now I have been unable to send firstly photos (maybe 2 mbs) to gmail.com now it seems any attachment will not go
this is a reply I got after trying to send a Word document from eircom.net to gmail.com in December

    Thanks for your reply Ahren
I spoke to Digiweb support and after about a half an hour he told me to either change my email address because it's too old or change my isp cpmpany digiweb can't help me.
I then phoned Eir, they were a bit more clued in, we tried a few different things one of which was trying a test attachment from eircom.net to gmail.com with an attachment using Eir webmail, it worked
we checked if my ipaddress was recognised as spam it wasn't
we checked if my email address was listed as a spammer it wasn't
the chap I spoke to (sorry not sure of his name possibly Mark) was very patient and smart he thought it was an outlook issue
this is a message I get
your message to xxxxxxxxxxxx was considered unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM) by our mail filters.
    it comes from
    SpamTitan <postmaster@viatel.net>
He suggested if we can't get it sorted then we could configure Outlook to launch onto the webmail as apposed to what it normally does, we left it at that
so I rang Microsoft office support to ask about it
they hadn't a clue and never heard of Viatel, so I guess I'll get back onto Eir to find out how to configure Outlook to use webmail
I'm not happy as the email I'm using is a business address for over 20 years
    any ideas please post
    Regards
    D

That error means that viatel.net are not accepting email from eircom.net because the spam filter they are using, SpamTitan, have it classed as spam. Not sure theres much you can do about that.

To be honest, if your business relies on your email, you should invest in a properly supported email platform. You can put a forward in place.

This is one of Gmail's mail servers replying to say that the Gmail account you tried to send to does not exist. You'll need to check the spelling. It's not an eircom.net or digiweb problem.
