SEAI offer grants for some of the stuff you mentioned (or, if you're a pensioner, they'll actually do some of it completely free).

Unsure where you stand with windows/doors, but I got a new boiler and some attic insulation off them and they paid out the grant (albeit after a bit of messing about). Plumber arranged the majority of it, but I did have to fill in a few forms along the way.

excellent would you mind private messaging me on the finer details of this ...and contacts I need exact same work as you done immediately

There is no grants for windows/doors at the moment. Insultation, heat pumps, heat controls and solar PV panels do attract grants which are typically around 30% of the cost of the works

Depending on how long you can wait you might get some joy out of this year's budget for retrofits. Lots of talk of carbon tax etc so I'd imagine there'll be a bit of carrot to go with the stick. That's total speculation now but I'd be surprised if they don't up the grants a bit.

I haven't PM'ed you, as, to be honest, there really aren't any 'finer details' to give out.

This page is pretty much the best way to get started:

There's also this, of which I have no experience whatsoever and I've done too much to qualify for it anyway (F to C)

Windows and doors are covered by seai under community grants, depending on your situation you can get up to 90% of the costs covered but there’s a fair few stipulations to get the 90% and impossible if you work for a living. 35-50% would be the usual .

I contacted them but they were useless never bothered to come back to me after the initial contact or any of my follow ups. Perhaps you might have more luck.

Keeping an eye on this thread. My elderly parent need to get windows and doors replaced in their house. I rang CoCo and was informed that the grant for elderly was closed for new applicants as they had ran out of money!

I looked at applying to SSAI under community fund but they are looking for a group name on the application. Is this not for community groups rather than individual cases?

Just got response from SSEI. No grant available. Elderly must be in receipt of fuel allowance. Window and doors only cover in very few cases.
