    Hi,
I’ve set the appropriate PG rating for a 9 year old but some channels e.g. CBS Reality where some programs are very graphic are not blocked.
How can I block specific channels?
    Thanks in advance

Seems like you cant block particular channels (except Adult) and also TV shows that have no rating are not blocked
    PIN on pre-watershed playback
If you turn this setting off, you'll still need to enter your PIN if watching before its normal watershed time, such as a recording or download that's rated 12 or 15 before 8pm, or 9pm for those rated 18.

To turn PIN protection on or off:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Parental.
    Enter your Sky TV PIN.
Select Family, then PIN on pre-watershed playback.
Select On to PIN-protect rated shows before the watershed, or Off to remove the need for a PIN.
Shows with no age rating won't be blocked.

Please note: If you turn this setting off your settings will no longer be family friendly. Therefore, the switch for Family setting will also show as Off.

Might be worth posting this in the SKY forum

You can’t. You can only block all the adult channels in one go (switched on by default).
