Paid for 20GB mobile data, only getting 7.5GB

    I opted into the 20€ euro with 20GB data from eir, how we I just got a text saying “Your 7.5GB allowance is almost used. You will then be charged e1.99 per day for 100MB, 2c per MB/e20.48 per GB thereafter. See eir.ie for data add-on options”.

    Can you fix this please? I should surely have more than 7.5GB!
