Any one be able to give a ball park figure of house much it would cost to replaster the front of a 3 bed semi d. House is 40yrs old completely exposed to to the elements.

Very wide ballpark would be 3/4k .
It would need to be seen really to know what needs to be done .
When going that far maybe get a price on EWI and see is it suitable either
