    Happened me before years ago.
    You have a faulty GPU so you will need to send it back for refund or replacement.

    Agree, that's likely a borked GPU, had one in the past as well.

    To be more exact I think that it's a sign of faulty GPU memory. You can get the same artefacts by overclocking healthy memory too much.
    Unlucky but at least it was something that's easy to diagnose.

    Most likely memory issue on the GPU.

    Obviously returning it is the only real solution but temporarily you can try downclocking the memory in increments of 50mhz via the AMD Radeon software and see if it helps.

    Or else just downclock by 200-300mhz and see if it helps, if it does, you can work upwards in 50mhz increments.
