New BB provider - WPS to Mobile Issue

I recently changed to Pure Telecom and BB is good. I can connect phone to the Wi-Fi - but when I connect to another network and return to the house I have to press the WPS buttom on router to connect the phone again. This hasn't been an issue with my previous provider. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
