    Hi Everyone,

We have submitted planning application this week. The works will include wraparound extension and attic dormer conversation.

Do we need to wait for the planning approval before starting tender process? Both neighbors agreed to works so we hope there will be no objections. We expecting baby and are a little bit under time pressure. Trying to book a builder now to start works in September.

Our planner recommended to us an engineer who can do the price valuation, tender process and signed off at the end of the project.

Is the best way ti do it? Or should we have quantity surveyor too?

    Many thanks for your help.
