Cancelling online...unique code?

    Hi everyone
    Over the past week I've tried live chat with then twice and attempted to phone the "loyalty team" twice. Also trying to cancel online via www.eir.ie/cancellations which requires an account number and a "unique code" which I cannot remember ever receiving. Have tried PUK and customer ID etc no go. Live chat cant help. Just waited 45 mins on the 1901 number from 5.35 to 6.20 no answer.
    Any ideas? I think there is another option of writing into their Stephen's green address but to be honest I dont trust any of these companies. You send the letter then in 4 months you get creditors hassling you and that stretches out for a few months and then you've a bad credit rating. They dont give a **** basically.

    I completely understand your frustration on this matter, I do apologise. We are experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment. We are aware call waiting times are longer than usual. Unfortunately, you would need to speak to our loyalty team on this matter as the cancellation process needs to be made verbally.
