    I didn’t ask for a box number.

    Why are Irish Water hiding behind a box number?

    Surlely a physical address should be publicly available for any organization funded by the taxpayer?

    Because they would have every loon rocking up to the place and would get no work done. That’s why.

    Why should they publish it? What possible Ned could you have to visit there? If you want to visit write to them and ask for an invitation.

    The PO Box is most likely redirected to one the customer support centres, better than having thousands of letters turning up at reception.

    Our Head Office is located at Colvill House, 24-26 Talbot Street, Dublin 1. It is necessary that all post is addressed to our PO Box, as mentioned above.
